The all-solid-state perovskite quantum dots are synthesized using matrix encapsulation techniques, which allow for the in-situ growth of all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots within a solid-state template. Compared to traditional liquid-state quantum dots, full solid-state perovskite quantum dots not only achieve up to 90% quantum yield but also exhibit significantly enhanced stability in water, heat, and light exposure environments.
