All-solid-state perovskite quantum dots

All-solid-state perovskite quantum dots are achieved by in-situ growing all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots in solid-state templates through matrix packaging technology. Compared with traditional liquid quantum dots, all-solid-state perovskite quantum dots not only have a fluorescence quantum yield as high as 90%, but also have significantly enhanced stability in water, heat and light environments.


Green light perovskite quantum dots

Half-width /FWHM: ≤25nm

Quantum efficiency /PLQY: ≥85%

Red light perovskite quantum dots

Wavelength /PL: 623±3nm
